Update

The judge went over the paperwork and there are four more documents. We are trying to find out exactly what they are. I beleive some are the doctors license that expired end of May. I have already gotten some of the new ones from the doctors. I am waiting on Adam's amd the infertility doctor. Then there is something about the proof of refinancing.....We will see. After that we should get a court date.

Vacation

We decided to go on vacation and enjoy our trip. We debated since we have not heard when we will travel. We are glad we came! We needed a break and waiting everyday for news is crazy. So we are having a great time in Jackson Hole and doing some things that we won't be able to do once Alex is here. We will have to wait awhile to share some of those things with him!
Yesterday we went to Grand Teton National Park and then we played 15 holes of golf at Teton Pines! It was almost 80 and one of the nicest days we have ever had in Jackson when talking about the weather!!!!
Today we left early for a float trip down the Snake River.......It was a blast! Then we headed off fishing, where Scott and Adam both caught trout!
It has been great being able to relax!
Inna called and said the judge has our paperwork and is reviewing it. We will see how long this process takes.....We are hoping to hear something soon! Here are a few pictures of our trip.

Paperwork with the Assistant to the judge!

The paperwork is with the Assistant to the judge! Our new person in Novo will meet with them to see if there is anything else we need. We will wait to hear what is the next step. So each time a little closer..........Chris and Celeste got through court and will get Nicholas tomorrow to go to Moscow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What a great day for them! Lots of movement in Russia these days for children......Awesome to hear!

WE JUST NEED THE PAPERWORK FILED!!!!!!

Mother's day was tough knowing that Alex is in Russia waiting on us to get this silly paperwork done! I got a call from Inna on Monday, The paperwork was not filed. Natasha was going to get everything notarized in Novosibirsk(I guess it is cheaper there.),Due to the holidays all the notaries were not working. So we now have to submit a new Power of Attorney for someone in Novo to file our paperwork. So it has to be mailed to a couple in Virgina to hand carry to Moscow on Wednesday. It continues to be a comedy of errors. I just want our paperwork filed so we can get a court date...........At this point you have to wonder! This continues to get more trying! I am really ready for some good news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We do have to stay focused on the good things in life....Spring, Flowers, Mother's Day and Adam's baseball and lacrosse games that are really fun!!!!Cute doggies and kitty cats!!!!Family and Friends that are dear!!!!

Filing the Paperwork in Novosibirsk!!!!!

Natasha went yesterday to file the paperwork in Novosibirsk. According to Heather.....Their court date was about 6 weeks later......We will see if that holds true for us. Inna is going to call Natasha on Friday to see how it went......I like the immediate instant messages better!!!!!Or email or whatever....Quick is better in my book! So we are waiting to find out new news!!!!!!!Spring is here and baseball and Lacrosse games and Cherry lime aides at Sonic!!!!Nice weather makes everything nicer!!!!

Filing of paperwork

Our paperwork is to be hand delivered to Novosibirsk next week. After our first trip to Russia, I knew it would be hard for our coordinator to deliver our paperwork and introduce a family to their child at the same time. So our paperwork has an appointment with the courts next week. We are hoping that the judge will find all the paperwork in order and be willing to file a quick and speedy court date. We are hoping to get it before the expiration of several documents the end of June......This region isn't known for its speed. We will keep fingers and toes crossed and say lots of prayers......While we wait we have video to watch and pictures to enjoy. The good news ia spring is here in the Rockies and the hummingbirds are back and the flowers are here...All good signs that summer is on its way!
